Appointment enquires are free. But diagnosis can only be made in a session.

Only appointment related enquires are entertained.

The sessions are 100% confidential unless requested by the patient to share the information with their family, friends etc.

Session information can be shared with the government if patient expresses criminal or illegal intentions.

Session hours are as follows:-

Mon - Fri: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Note:- Sunday hours apply on public holidays.

Appointment once booked can be cancelled with a 48 hours prior notice. A full refund will be made if you inform us 48 hours prior.

Post the 48 hours notice no cancellation can be made. If you need to reschedule your appointment a notice of 24 hours is mandatory, and we will try to move you around to the next available slot.

In case you need an emergency session on the same day or the following day, which is out of the usual working hours, emergency session charges apply.

Emergency session charges are ₹3000/- subject to time availability.
