Counselling Services

Online counselling sessions offered through Mindvani are conducted by Meenakshi Gupta, a qualified counsellor and wellness expert. These sessions are not a substitute for in-person clinical assessment or emergency mental health services. All sessions are conducted by appointment only following an initial screening call. Mindvani reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.

Digital Products and Payments

Mindvani offers digital products including downloadable guides, workbooks, and online courses. All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads and course content, refunds are not offered once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or course materials have been viewed. If you experience a technical issue with accessing your purchase please contact us at www.mindvani.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Payment processing is handled by third party payment providers. Mindvani does not store your payment information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to courses, PDFs, guides, videos, written material, images, brand elements, and course content is the exclusive intellectual property of Mindvani and Meenakshi Gupta. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, stored, transmitted, or used in any form without the prior written permission of Mindvani. Unauthorised use will be subject to legal action.
